Bill Latino
Founder and President
As President, Bill is responsible for building and managing the client/principal relationships for Affinity Alliance, LLC. Bill is also involved in developing and driving sales at the tier one global customer base and strategic customers in North America where he has built extensive relationships over his twenty-five years of sales and sales management experience. Prior to starting Affinity Alliance, Bill was the Senior Director of Global Accounts for Altera. Bill had developed and implemented the model and organization that Altera has in place today in supporting their tier one customer base. Prior to Altera, Bill managed the global account team for Xilinx and assisted in growing tier 1 sales to over 40% of company revenue. Bill’s global teams won multi supplier of the year awards including three consecutive years at Lucent Technologies. Bill commenced his sales career with AMD where he was responsible for sales in the Philadelphia metro market for ten years.
Bill earned his BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in 1984.
Alberto Alonso
Vice President
Alberto joined Affinity Alliance in August 2008 as partner and Vice President of Technical Marketing. At first, Alberto focused on driving the sales process from the technical side; develop winning sales strategies through better understanding of technical requirements and close engagement with engineering. Alberto has since broadened the scope of his activities driving sales at tier two and three customers as well as military and certain strategic tier one customers with whom he has built close relationships over the years. Prior to joining Affinity Alliance, Alberto worked for Xilinx as a Corporate Field Applications Engineer focusing on Alcatel-Lucent’s wireless business worldwide. Prior to Xilinx, Alberto co-founded Voce Inc., an electronic musical instrument company where he was responsible for product development, marketing, and procurement as well as managing a worldwide distribution and sales network.
Alberto earned his BE degree, majoring in Electrical Engineering, from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1982.
Richard Leodore
Principal
As a principal in the company, Rich is responsible for the operational elements of the corporation. Rich is an accomplished executive possessing 25 yrs of domestic and international experience in sales, operations, finance, and multi-channel distribution in both start-up and growth organizations. He is a results oriented, decisive leader with proven success in organizational development, strategic market positioning and customer strategies in regional, national, and multi-national corporations through positions as Sales Director at Xilinx and Altera, Divisional Controller ARCO Chemical, VP and GM Amplifonix, and VP Sales NuHorizons.
Education includes MBA Drexel University and BS Rutgers University.
